I'm a havin' difficulties with the warp core and the flux capacitor needs to be rerouted to the main thingamuhdoodle...

Have you made sure to get the Mr. Fusion and a bunch of half empty beer cans? To re-route the flux capaciter through the thingamuhdoodle, you'll have to get a watchamajigger and some watzits. You should be able to get the watzits at any corner whozit store, but the watchamajigger might be a little harder to come by. You can probably find them online with google though.
