Although libertarian-conservative, I think Kerry performed a little better in the debate than Bush did. What do you think?

Kerry is an accomplished liar, and performing on a stage for ninety minutes is no great feat for him. Kerry's experience includes debating, public speaking, putting himself in for purple hearts, etc.
Bush is an accomplished leader who has performed to the best of his ability in the three years following 9/11. Bush's experience includes facing terrorism and making decisions that no leader in our nation's history has previously had to make.
This is not a traditional war against one nation. This is a war against terrorists, who hide in cells within a number of countries. It's a completely different kind of war, unlike any we've ever fought before.
Although it's easy to criticize the President's decisions following 9/11, hindsight is 20/20. He took an immediate and solid stance against terrorism, kept his word and has not gone back and forth on the issues. Kerry on the other hand can't seem to make up his mind.
Ninety minutes of acting on stage, versus three years of solid leadership following the worst terrorist incident to ever hit us at home.
It's your call.

This is the same man who, on the very day Prime Minister Allawi spoke to Congress, chose not to attend the session, but instead held a press conference to call Allawi a liar. Is this how we form strong alliances? Apparently Senator Kerry thinks so.Senator Kerry's statement on September 30:
"I can make America safer than President Bush has made us. And I believe President Bush and I both love our country equally, but we just have a different set of convictions about how you make America safe. I believe America is safest and strongest when we are leading the world and when we are leading strong alliances."
Senator Kerry's statement on September 23:
"I think the prime minister is, obviously, contradicting his own statement of a few days ago, where he said the terrorists are pouring into the country. The prime minister and the president are here obviously to put their best face on the policy, but the fact is that the CIA estimates, the reporting, the ground operations and the troops all tell a different story."

I don't have any doubts Kerry is a professional liar, but the question wasn't "Who was honest?". I just asked who you think was the better debater. Bush hesitated frequently, stuttered alot, and made a few pissed looking faces while Kerry was talking. Kerry stayed his same, bland self, presented his ideas clearly, was a little more articulate, and thus, I believe, was the better debater. Stop trying to start fights Chreteau. We don't need your hatred here.

I provided a detailed and well thought out response which took both time and effort on my part.
I don't think either one of them did too swell. They both spouted rehearsed, stupid lines. Bush stuttered and mispoke some, while Kerry just avoided the issues.
