CSC 465 Section 1 Eric Shade
CSC 445 Section 1 Lloyd Smith
PHI 110 Section 4 Jack Knight
LLT 121 Section 2 Classical Mythology
GRY 130 Section 4 Deborah? (I think) Corcoran

As you see I don't go high in section numbers. CSC classes usually only have 1, and the rest I just type in sections until they fit my schedule, so I never end up very high :P

BTW Sam, have fun with that PLS101. I just took it. Most boring class I've ever taken!

Paco, Debbie Corcoran is awesome. You'll make an easy A in the class. She seems sort of out of it most of the time, like she's on medication. Haha. But she does her best to make sure you pass, she gives you a review sheet before you even start the unit, which is handy because it helps you know what notes to write down. That class was one of the easiest A's of my life.

yeah, that's what the reviews about her pretty much said. I also chose her because I've already had a class (GRY135) with her husband Bill Corcoran, and he was awesome. I wish he taught more of my classes.

McCarty is - interesting. I had her, and she counted off for some weird things. There was one assignment where we were supposed to fill out these questions and then use those answers to find ourselves on a chart (like personality type or something? I don't remember). Anyway - on the back was the chart, white text on black background, so you couldn't really write on it anyway. She counted off most of the people in the class because most of us did not circle the box we ended up being part of. There were no directions to circle it, and we had all answered the questions that were asked. She said it didn't matter, we still all lost a point for that.

Not too big of a deal though I guess. I still got an A with just a reasonable amount of effort. She does take roll every day though, so don't plan on skipping.

As far as Shea - he's alright. His only real problem is that he's about as excited to be teaching that class as everyone else is to be taking it. He's reasonable though, willing to help you, and when I took it he used VERY old books because what that class covers is pretty much the same no matter what edition you use, and he figured we'd all appreciate getting all of the books for that class for about $20

I had him first semester last year. His class was SO HARD, but i passed because he really looks well upon students who come to him for help. He was a great guy. Class sucked though.
