1) You should state what you are complaining about
2) If Sam is removed Bearnotes is gone, unless you wanna pay for it. Even then, Sam owns it for at least the rest of the year I'm sure, so you're still out of luck unless you can talk him into leaving AND handing it over
3) I vote for Sam - although I'm not sure why Chreteau's thread about themes was locked?
