Had a media teacher recently who doesn't know MLA. He deducted points from my paper because I didn't re-introduce the author in subsequent citations from the same book that came right after the introduction of the author.
Had a folklore teacher who made us write a weekly journal. I wrote about my childhood fear of the rapture (it would cause massive pileups in the streets for Christ's sake!). She deducted points because she didn't know what a rapture was and I didn't explain it to her. The class was never told to define terms for her dumb ass.
Had a Psyche teacher who claimed that people snore because they are fat.
Had a CIS 101 teacher who said that the GUI was developed by Microsoft. What?!
Stupid Teachers...
