Original Caption: Miami bicycle police form a cordon on one of the streets leading to the University of Miami, September 30, 2004, as the motorcade carrying U.S. President George W. Bush (news - web sites) arrives for a walk-through of the site where he will take part in the first presidential debate later in the day.

I'm sure any potential threat to the President will really be afraid of a Miami cops wearing UPS uniform shorts and straddling a Schwinn.
