A well written country song
"One Jack Off" by Cledus T. Judd I heard this song a few months ago, and I think this is a well written song. The song is catchy, and even though the song isn't supposed to be a serious song, it has a lot of truth in it. Cledus T. Judd says he is amazed at how well "One Jack Off"...

Anyone see the boot on the Ford Ranger
I never seen this before on this campus until today. It was kind of funny in a way. Just imagine what the person must of thought when they came out to get in their truck and without noticing the boot on the front wheel (left), they attempt to drive away (like Homer Simpson did). If I came out and th...

What you said fixed my problem. Thanks. In VB .NET, you can use the (+) to concatenate, but like you said, the first thing that I typed after the return statement was a function that returned an integer variable, so by using the (+) VB .NET thought I was wanting to add and when it got to the string,...

Visual Studio 2005 Team Suite with MSDN Premium Subscription
Anyone ever looked at the price on "Visual Studio 2005 Team Suite" with a MSDN Premium Subscription". If you haven't, don't, because the price will scare the hell out of you. For a moderate sized or larger company, the price isn't bad, but for small business that creates IT/business s...

I got the thing working. It is amazing how powerful the step into function of the debugging tools is. I totally love that tool. Without it, a programmer can be lost. I know I am. A step into debugging tool is kind of like using a map to get around in a big city. Say, for example, New York City. I ne...

CIS 334 VB .NET Having some problems with an assignment
I am trying to get this program to work, but there are a few problems. I think the problems are either with the array or the Console.Writeline I am passing a double into the Writeline method when it wants a string. But I pass a method on the array to convert it to a string. Anyway, here is the code....

2 cents per minute is a pretty good deal. I have a calling card that is 3.2 cents per minute (domestically). If you want to call another country, the rates goes way up there. Don't have any reason to call international people so as long as the service that offers the calling card keeps going at 3.2 ...

Thanks a lot. According to somebody who posted on imdb.com, the movie isn't worth watching, but how it starts, it looks pretty cool. hey solid_dave, I guess you have better eyes then I do, I didn't see the other name, but thats cool, you did and that is all that counts. Anyway, thanks for figuring o...

I seen this clip in 2000. Note: I downloaded from that program called Scour Exchange that didn't stay up to long because they were infringing on people's copyrights. Well, that is what the courts said and they had to pay like hundreds of millions of dollars. Well, that is the program I used to get t...

Thanks for the info! That link that HatePirate posted makes the ATI TV Wonder Pro sound promising. I been considering a capture card for a while because it would be handy to record stuff from cable or satellite without having to stick in a vhs. Plus, after the tv program gets through recording, I am...

I forgot all about the capture card thing. I was thinking I could send video through my video card, but then I got thinking, how do I send sound. Because I don't think there are any ports for the sound on a vcr. Not sure how it works but it sends all the stuff to the tv and the tv produces the sound...

Anyone ever converted their vhs tapes to computer (digital) format? If so, how did you do it, and did it copy into the new format okay? I am wanting to take the "Happiness" vhs that I have and convert it to a mpeg format so I can editing the ending song. I hate how "Michael Stipe"...

I didn't see this statement on the website but he mentioned on June 30, 2005, if he doesn't have $50,000 he is going to take Toby to a butcher to have him slaughter this cute bunny. I am not a big hunter, however I do come from the country, but I don't think you take a rabbit to a butcher, much less...

Not sure if anyone seen this website yet. Just found it today, but anyway, this guy is threatening people by saying if you don't help me raise $50,000, this rabbit is going to be eaten. Not really that funny, but I found it pretty amusing. The dude has raised more than $24,XXX. Well, that is what it...

more virgin mary stuff on ebay
I was watching the news when the news reporter made an announcement about the grill cheese sandwich that sold on ebay. I remember seeing the old stale sandwich on ebay and the price was up to 999,999.00 or something like that. I can't believe something like that actually sold. Now three new virgin m...

new beer with caffeine added
Has anyone tried this yet. I am not much of a beer drinker, but a beer with caffeine in it has got me a little bit curious. I'm thinking about trying this when spring break gets here. That way, if I become unconscious for 72 hours (like that will happen) I won't have to worry about missing class. I ...
