I signed up for a dorm already for next year. But it looks like I'm going to get a house with my buddy for next year instead. What do I do to break the Housing Contract.

I was in my jap class, and this kid comes back from skipping class yelling... "New York got bomb." No one ever thought it really happened, but after class I was walking around school and everyone was freaked. Than I found out what really happened.
