Well the format was about what I expected, but boy.. thinking of some of the stuff off the top of my head was a bit much. I went with Packet Sniffing and DOS on that one.

I went with Space Networking, Quantum Mechanics, and Future Technologies for my 3 ideas of topics to cover.

I expected him to write some sort or multiple choice, fill in the blank, solve this problem type of test. Maybe some short answers - but not at all like that. I was okay with it though. On the security one, I discussed spoofing and packet sniffing. I used Trudy and Alice and Bob as an example, and said one solution to the problem is for Bob to quit cheating on Trudy with Alice, then she wouldn't feel the need to spy on him.

Boy what a semester. Was anyone else totally not prepared for that exam? At least, not for what he actually asked...
